Health Benefits of Bone Broth

Bone broth is filled with health benefits. It has an anti-inflammatory effect in the gut and can help with reduce the intestines from leaking harmful intestinal fluids into the rest of the digestive tract.

Stewing bones can release amino acids which can aid the production of collagen and therefore increase your bodies production.

This has a positive effect on joint health.

Additionally, bone broth has natural immune boosting properties.

It’s also packed with protein and helps your body rebuild tissue and even makes a difference in the appearance of your skin.

There are so many other good things about this stuff including better sleep, better brain health, and improved heart health.
